Design & Planning
The design will be based on the brief discussed during the initial site meeting. Plans will be to scale and the designer might include CAD drawings, hand drawn plans, moodboards and perspectives to give a thorough visual understanding of how the finished garden will look. The design plan will show shapes of the paving, features, planting beds, trees and lawns.
The drawings will be presented to you and we will answer any questions you may have.
Following on from this presentation, we will offer one additional re-draw, if there are any amendments to the design needed. Further alterations after this are still possible but will be charged on an hourly basis. With larger projects, detailed structures, planting plans or where planning negotiations may be required, any additional work will be charged on an hourly basis at £50/hour.
